We are looking for passionate trainers to join our ever-growing team and work with us on a freelance basis within Shropshire, Staffordshire and the West Midlands.

Training in a Box



For our trainers we offer training-in-a-box that is designed to remove as much of the day-to-day admin as possible; meaning you only need to turn up and train the participants in subjects you are passionate about – we will do the rest for you.

About you:

• Ideally you must be self-employed or have a business to qualify, but there are options available if you do not have your own business.
• You must have 2 years + teaching experience
• You must hold a training/teaching qualification i.e. Cert-Ed, Level 3 Award in Education & Training, PTTLS, CTTLS
• You must have experience in delivering the desired training courses
• A driving licence and use of own vehicle is essential
• You must have a DBS check and relevant insurance in place
• You are required to have your own equipment to deliver training such as a laptop, printer, projector and learning equipment
